I dream of an Island

So Serene and Quiet

Where White Sails are Visible on it’s Clear Blue Waters.

Hearing the rhythm of the Gentle Waves Lapping at it’s Shores.

 

Picture perfect Sunrises,

Heritages locked in Time.

Carefree Flying Birds Singing their Songs of Joy.

 

Each Season as it Passes Fills My heart Surprise.

I Feel a Flooding Pleasure as I awake to Realize.

I do Live on such an Island,

The Island of Manitoulin

 

A Place Where Dreams, Peace and Happiness Will Surmise.
